At MercyBridge Care, we believe ageing is best done in the comfort of your own home — where you're surrounded by familiar routines, memories, and independence. Our Age at Home Package is designed to support older adults who need regular assistance but may not yet receive a government-funded Home Care Package (HCP), or who prefer private, flexible care. This service offers tailored in-home support based on your unique needs, values, and lifestyle — whether short-term or ongoing. You or your family can choose the level of care, the type of services, and the frequency that suits you best.

  • 🧹 Domestic help (cleaning, laundry, ironing)

  • 🍲 Meal planning and preparation

  • 💬 Companionship and social support

  • 🚗 Transport to appointments or social activities

  • 🩺 Basic health monitoring by support workers or nurses

  • 🛠️ Home safety checks and referrals for modifications
